Granitic
Granitic minerals are those having low melting temperatures, and are therefore the last minerals to crystallize in the Bowen reaction series. Granitic minerals have a high silicon content ( 70%) and are therefore quite viscous. Granitic minerals include amphibole, potassium feldspar, quartz, and sodium feldspar. Granitic minerals are light in color.
