Bryson City
Bryson City, North Carolina Bryson City is a town located in Swain County, North Carolina in the United States. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 1,411. It is the county seat of Swain County.
A visit to Bryson City will take you back to a simpler, less-complicated time. Yet you'll have lots to do in the Swain County area of Western North Carolina.
