Cabin Rental Rates

General
The mimimum rental period is four days.
Rates may vary for holiday periods.
A cleaning fee of $65 will be added for each rental.
Rate Details
Per Night (4-6 nights): $190 per night
Per Week (7 nights): $1,140 ($163/night)
Bring your horse! For each horse you bring, there will be a cleaning/food/supplies fee of $35 per day to cover their board in our stables.
For holiday periods (new-year, thanksgiving, christmass) the daily rates will increase by $30 per day or $180 for the week.
Check-in/Check-out
Check-in is after 2pm, and check-out is by 11am on the respective arrival and departure dates.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will be subject to a $10 processing fee. In the event that we can rent the cabin to another party during the period
your stay was booked, we will refund your full fee per day that it is re-booked.
When a replacement booking is not found, cancellations made 90 days prior to the rental period start date will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made between 89 and 61 days prior to the rental period start date will recieve an 85% refund (unless the cabin is re-rented).
No refunds for cancellations within 60 days of the rental period start date (unless the cabin is re-rented).
